Wholesale ordering is available to New and Existing Profile customers who have an ABN. There are minimum order quantities per item and a minimum order value per order applicable. For further information please contact our Customer Service team via phone on 02 9476 4568 or customercare@profileproducts.com.au and we can create a login and password for you.

Alternatively, our separate wholesale website can be accessed by visiting http://www.profileproducts.com.au/wholesale - however please note that a login and password is required to view product pricing and purchase online. You can create a new account on our wholesale website (click on New Customer) however your account will need to be activated by us, and will only be available to approved customers with an ABN. If you do not have an ABN but are interested in bulk pricing, please contact our Customer Service Manager via customercare@profileproducts.com.au

Ordering Process:

To place an order via our website, please either register as a new wholesale customer or login with your assigned login and password. This will enable the wholesale prices to be displayed. Place your order and then checkout. If you are an account customer then at the checkout please select account customer. If you are not an account customer then please pay for the order upfront using the payment methods accepted.

If you wish to place an order outside of our website this can be done by arranging a visit by one of our friendly Company Representatives or communicating with our Customer Service team.

When an order has been sent to us, our typical turnaround time is usually 5-7 working days. This will vary depending on seasonal factors. Shipping time will depend on your location. Deliveries to most metropolitan cities in the east coast of Australia arrive overnight
